Log My Care#
Role: Senior Product Manager
Sector: Healthcare (SaaS)
Log My Care Website
Log My Care is a digital care management platform focused on simplifying care coordination for care homes, empowering care workers to deliver the best possible care. As Senior Product Manager, I led product strategy and execution, contributing to the company’s transition from startup to scale-up. In the first year, we doubled revenues and grew the user base by 80%, enabled by the delivery of over 10 new features for the platform.
💜 Fun fact: When Log My Care was founded in 2017, I was the product strategist and lead designer who worked on the very first MVP.
Log My Care rostering#
Role: Senior Product Manager
Sector: Healthcare (SaaS)
As Product Manager, I led the 0-to-1 development of Log My Care’s rostering product, designed to streamline staff scheduling for care homes. After an initial discovery and scoping phase, I built a comprehensive roadmap and timeline, aligning the product with both user needs and business goals. I then led a team of 2 designers and 8 developers through the entire development process, from conception to launch.
Medicus AI#
Role: Product Lead, UX, UI
Sector: Healthcare (SaaS, AI)
Medicus Website
At Medicus AI, I led the product team in prioritizing design and developing key features aligned with the company’s strategic goals of transforming complex medical data into accessible, personalized health insights. By focusing on user-centred solutions and leveraging AI, we delivered innovative products that empowered patients to better understand and engage with their health data, strengthening Medicus’ position in the digital health market.
Diabtrend#
Role: Product Advisor
Sector: Healthcare (AI)
Diabtrend Website
I collaborated with DiabTrend from the very beginning, working on multiple aspects from conducting design audits to improving the app’s user experience. I also contributed to the strategic direction of the platform. My most recent work in September 2024 involved the development of their AI Copilot, an advanced feature aimed at assisting users in proactive diabetes management. This tool, which predicts blood glucose levels and provides personalized recommendations, plays a pivotal role in shaping DiabTrend’s future strategy as an AI-driven health companion.
OTP Bank - Ideaportal#
Role: Product Lead
Sector: Banking
OTP Bank, the largest commercial bank in Hungary, is a leading financial institution in Central and Eastern Europe. Established in 1949, it operates as a universal bank, offering a broad range of services including retail, corporate, and private banking, with a presence in over 12 countries. I served as the product lead for Ideaportal, an internal tool designed to foster innovation within OTP Bank. My role involved working as a fully integrated consultant with the bank’s team, leading the project from ideation through to launch. I personally handled the discovery, strategy, ideation and UX phases. Ideaportal was created to streamline the process of generating, selecting, and developing new ideas within the bank, ensuring a structured and efficient innovation pipeline.
OTP Bank - Holobank#
Role: Design Lead
Sector: Banking
I led the development of Holobank, a demo designed to showcase the future of banking through augmented reality. Working with a team of designers, I spearheaded the ideation process, ensuring the demo was engaging and innovative. I then collaborated with 3D artists and a developer to bring the concept to life. Remarkably, this project was completed in 2017, when AR was still a real novelty, making the demo a forward-thinking showcase of how banking could evolve in the digital age.
Ferratum - Mobile bank savings#
Role: Business analyst
Sector: Banking
Ferratum, a pioneer in mobile financial services, tasked me with defining the foundational structure and key functionalities of their savings product within the mobile banking app. Working alongside the business owner, we designed a solution from the ground up that guided how customers interact with and benefit from digital savings. Our process involved detailing each aspect, from the user journey to technical feasibility, culminating in a comprehensive product requirements document that aligned stakeholders across business, tech, and design.
LiveRobe#
Role: Product strategist, UX designer, Dev support
Sector: Fashion Marketplace
LiveRobe is a fashion e-commerce platform that enables users to buy and sell pre-loved clothing, promoting sustainability. It combines a marketplace with social features, allowing users to manage digital wardrobes, follow fashion influencers, and get personalised outfit suggestions. When I met with the LiveRobe team they were in the middle of the product development and they were facing some challenges. I joined the work, supported them in 3 key areas and managed to reach the launch of their platform.
Product Strategy#
The team was facing challenges in prioritising ideas and putting together a viable MVP. I helped navigate through a large set of ideas by organising workshops and conducting research. Together, we shaped a viable MVP that focussing on the main LiveRobe mission and goals and provided value to their customers.
UX Improvements#
I collaborated with the team to resolve several UX issues, redesigning key flows to improve usability. I attach some wireframes even if unfortunately I was not able to retrieve the most interesting flows of product browsing, product details and checkout on which I also worked on.
Development Support#
I worked closely with the development agency to address technical challenges, particularly around split billing. My involvement helped ensure that these hurdles were managed effectively during development.
PlayIT#
Role: Product Lead
Sector: Gaming & E-sports
PlayIT Website
PlayIT is Hungary’s largest gaming and e-sports event, attracting thousands of visitors and offering a variety of activities such as gaming tournaments, cosplay, and VR experiences. The organisation planned to expand its services by launching a mobile app, adding an e-commerce platform for video games, and integrating a prepaid debit card. We worked with the PlayIT team from the initial concept to the end of the design phase. My role as Lead Designer involved supporting the customer through discovery workshops, feature prioritisation, and leading a team of 2 UX and 2 UI designers. Together, we designed a mobile application that would provide users with seamless access to PlayIT’s events and services. Unfortunately, the development phase was never completed.
NiFTi#
Role: Product Lead
Sector: NFT Marketplace
Nifti is a Hungarian marketplace for NFTs, where users can buy, sell, and showcase their digital assets. Although the customer had a clear vision of their value proposition, we were tasked with transforming that vision into a tangible product. Our team worked on both the branding and the design of their e-commerce website.
As Lead Designer, I led a team consisting of 1 Art Director and 1 UI Designer while handling the UX work myself. We collaborated closely with the client to ensure that the design reflected their goals, offering a seamless user experience tailored to the NFT space.
Makery#
Role: Product Lead
Sector: Hospitality & E-commerce
Makery Budapest, a unique DIY restaurant concept, offers customers the chance to cook their own meals. As the Lead Designer, I led the development of a completely new e-commerce website, refining their branding and enhancing usability. The design was aimed at better reflecting the restaurant’s innovative experience and improving the user journey for booking services. Unfortunately, despite the strong design, the customer decided non to move forward with the project.
Cinext#
Role: Product Lead
Sector: Leisure
Cinext Website
Etele Cinema, located in Etele Plaza, Budapest, provides a premium movie-going experience. Our team designed the entire user experience and interface from scratch, focusing on the movie discovery and purchase flows, including the integration of cross-purchases for movie tickets and food. As the Lead Designer, I guided the project, leading 1 UI designer and supporting a junior UX designer throughout the process. I also coordinated with the development team to ensure a smooth and successful implementation.
